After reviewing all recorded phone calls in regards to concrete delivery no call was found indicating a site visit prior to delivery. Four Corners Materials did not charge the normal $1.50 per minute truck time ($315.00) after the allotted unloading time of 7 minutes per cubic yard, [redacted]...
was contacted by phone on 8/22/17 and again on 8/25/17 in regards to this issue.
