The airport clearly advertises that the 7th day is free when parking in their long term green parking lot I was in the green parking lot for days hours and minutes and yet they charged me for the 7th day My bill should have been but it was I called to try and resolve this but the lady that answered was uncooperative and wouldn't listen to what I was saying I would like my charge to be corrected
After waiting for USAA roadside assistance and a tow truck hours in the Green Lot, I was told my vehicle was not allowed to leave until a manager came to approve of it I have been traveling all day and wanted to go home There are no signs indicating that a "manager" was supposed to allow me and the tow truck to leave Not even the security in the parking lot knew This is ridiculous as I have been held hostage by the parking lot and I have to EXTRA for parking hourly/daily because they would not let me leave
