is not and has never been a direct customer of our company.  He and his sister have received multiple notices from the board of trustees and management company in verbal and written form forbidding them from approaching, or contacting our employees while on the site.  They have verbally attacked, using racial and homophobic expletives,  and threatened our employees to the point that the board has advised us to leave the property and contact the police if they approach our employees again.  The very minor, heat damaged turf that Mr [redacted] is referencing in his complaint has been treated for fungus and will be renovated with the handful of other areas that have been affected at the property, in the next few weeks.  This issue has been handled to the satisfaction of our actual customer, the board of trustees, from the beginning.  Mr [redacted] knows that he is not allowed, under the complex bylaws, to contact me or my staff, but has repeatedly called and harassed my staff and I.  I have never called Mr [redacted] any name, or had an unprofessional statement to say to him.  When he called me after verbally attacking a staff member of mine, I simply told him to contact the property manager, as I have been instructed by my actual customer.  He has made other false accusations about me and my staff, that have proven to be false through factual investigation by the board and their property manager.  This complaint is just another abuse of me and my staff by Mr [redacted], using the Revdex.com as a weapon.  As Mr [redacted] is not my customer, I respectfully request that this complaint be dismissed and no record of it be reflected on my profile with your agency.   Thank you for your attention in this matter.[redacted], President Four Day Landscaping Inc.[redacted] cell

The answer is yes and no as to us having a contract with the company. We are a gated community. There are 48 villas and I am one of them. We hired this company. I am a consumer and I am lodging a complaint for myself. My lawn is the worst. I pay $285 for a monthly maintenance fee. I own the villa and am responsible for the lawn and the trees and the inside of our home. [redacted] is the community relations property manager. He told me two work orders were put in weeks and weeks ago. The president [redacted] promised me 6 weeks ago that he would be out the next day to take care of the problem. About 4 weeks later his crew came out and they said he had the fungicide to spray on our lawn, my sister saw it was fertilizer not fungicide like he promised. She asked Justin about it and he said he had nothing to do with it and it was what [redacted] told him to do.
