Review: On Friday I called to make a reservation for a car service and wanted to use a credit card. I was told they now have the credit card machines in the car, so they no longer take credit card information over the phone. The driver showed up 15 minutes late (and I was going to the airport, so on time was essential). The driver did nothing but complain and was honked on twice as he almost caused 2 accidents by cutting people off. He was distracted by his own complaints (which made no sense). Once we arrived at the airport, I handed him my credit card. He misplaced it while taking out his license and card machine from a black garbage bag. He started rummaging through the garbage bag for the license and the card machine. I saw he was having trouble with this new process they have so I offered to pay cash - and did!!! When I prompted him to return my credit card, he said "did you give it to me?". He could not find it anywhere. We called Four Ones and spoke to [redacted]". He claims he is the top person there, stating "the buck stops here" (meaning ith him). He refused to disclose his last name. He suggested he trusts his long-time driver more than me. Not a good practice, as the adage says "the customer is always right" but at least you give them the benefit of the doubt and listen to them. He would not offer any solutions, suggested I call the cops. I called but as there were no lives in danger, the cops never showed up. The driver was not a criminal and did try to find the card everywhere, but could not. The card disappeared in thin air. He even looked inside my bag, as he thought I still had it. I didn't. I was in tears by this time, as I was going on vacation with no cash and no credit card.

I was going to my goddaughter's graduation and instead of paying for a nice dinner for the family, I ended up being their guest. There is no worse feeling. I spoke to [redacted] a few times, and he repeatedly told me he has no time to waste on me. Really nice customer service.

I asked [redacted]" to make some arrangements (perhaps have another driver come and help search for my credit card, or give me a cash advance so I will not be humiliated on my trip, but he accused me of making up the story and as rude.

Upon my return from my vacation I called asking for the oner, and was connected to [redacted]" again. He would not budge - he woulld not accept any responsibility for this issue.Desired Settlement: I asked for $500 for my humiliation, but the supposed [redacted], said all he oes me is a ride at a future time.

This company has been around for decades, but their service has slipped, and I will never ever use them. I feel they are not safe (old, distracted drivers, old cars, antiquated credit card charging system, and NO customer service).
