[redacted] did not mention to the desk agent that her reservation was supposed to be for two nights. ON 7/10, housekeeping entered her room after the scheduled check out of noon. There were some items left in the room, so they were moved downstairs and logged as lost and found. In the early hours of 7/11 Ms. [redacted] returned to the hotel to find that her room key didn't work. She approached the front desk and was told her reservation was for only one night. My manager on duty, [redacted] was more than accommodating in securing her a room and giving it to Ms. [redacted] at half price. Ms. [redacted] had all of the information about her reservation check out date. However, I will and already have refunded her an additional $66.69 per her request.
