Review: On October 3 to October 5 2015 I stayed at the Wyndham Garden Pittsburg Airport on One Industry Lane Pittsburg, PA 15275. I was extremely disappointed in the service and and condition of my room which was [redacted] When I arrived on Saturday and I did not have a room number plate to identify my room. They were issues with the cleanliness in the room and there was no towel rack to hang my towels. On the same day there was loud banging on the floor which made it difficult to sleep. The maintenance person also banged loudly on the door and woke me because he thought the room was empty. When I woke up Sunday morning to order towels I notice I did not have a phone in the room. I also walked down the hallway to use the phone in front of the elevator and that did not work. When I went downstairs to the front desk and express my displeasure about the condition of the room and having not telephone . A blonde haired woman advised she would move me to a different room and I waited upstairs and the issue was not resolved. My last night in the hotel I notice a bug in the bed which appeared to be a bed bug. I have pictures supporting claims which I have expressed in this email. This has been the worst experience I have every had with a hotel for business or leisure. Im expecting a full refund of $ 198.50 and an apology. I expect to be contacted by the business immediately to resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my money.

To whom it may concern,I am writing you in regards to ID [redacted] Mr. [redacted]. We have been in contact with this guest for sometime now. He stated his issues to our hotel and we did apologize to the guest. We did check the room that the guest stayed in for “bed bugs”, but there were none. We did speak with the front desk agent that was working that evening and she states she was willing to move the guest as soon as a room was available. This guest is looking for a full refund, which we cannot do, but we did offer the guest 25% off of his entire stay. This guest did stay at this hotel for 2 nights and we did offer to move the guest to a better room. We do understand that the stay for him wasn’t as good as it could have been, but we would also hope that this guest can understand that the hotel is under new management and is undergoing some renovations to make it better. These changes cannot happen overnight. Again we will honor what we said to Expedia (which is who he booked through) with giving this guest 25% off his stay and our deepest apologies.Thank You,IveyGM at Wyndham Garden Hotel
