Review: I was supposed to spend the nit eat the hotel from Sun 12/27 to Mon 12/28 but due to wild fires and freeways closures, we could not get to the hotel and I called to tell them I was not coming up to cancel the room and not charge my card. The woman at front desk very rudely said, "we don't cancel rooms, if you don't show up, you will still be charged."Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and or to make sure my credit card will not be charged for a one night stay there since we could not get there.
