Four Seasons Auto Transport

Review: There was a contract, the driver agreed to the delivery terms from the broker company that stated car should be delivered to my door 7-10 days with 2 day gap. car arrived 7 days after delivery date. I contacted driver numerous times & he was very rude on each occasion I called & kept giving excuses as to why car was not delivered as signed per contract, & would not provide me with any information on a delivery confirmation. also mentioning his company had a 10-14 delivery date not 7-10 days which in that case he shouldnt have even picked up & signed the contract. After that week when car was finally in the rea he called me to deliver vehicle yet at 930pm & this is not acceptable. Not only that, he would not accept the payment agreed upon as per contract which stated CASH or CERTIFIED CHECKS (Money Order/Cashiers Check). He wanted money order/cash no cashiers check & I had a cashiers check with me. He said until I had a money order he wouldnt deliver my car. So next morning hence not having a car, grabbed a taxi & changed the cashiers check, got the money order, he then agreed to deliver once I had it. at this point because I felt my safety was at risk, I contacted the Burbank Police department. When I did have payment & called him he said he had left my car at a towing lot & that they would deliver my car even still when that was not the agreement on contract. At this point, I had to deal with a third party who wasnt even on inital contract to see when they would deliver my vehicle, later stating they would only deliver if I had CASH payment, indicated to them by the driver, When cash was never the agreement. At this point the towing company would not release my vehicle until I had cash basically telling me my car was being held hostage. At this point I had enough, contacted police again & they spoke to towing company involved, told them I had the payment so they had to release my car. I then had to drive to an undesirable location far away and pick up my own car.total breach of contractDesired Settlement: this type of business should not even exist or be operating under these conditions. I felt that I was being lied to, disrespected, and they had no sense of the phrase "customer service". and in the end I felt my own safety was at risk and had to contact the police department which is unaceptable in any way shape or form.
