Review: Initial installation date was 10/2012. Installer was contracted to install new roof and gutter guards. Upon completion, we discovered that the satellite dish was damaged and installer failed to mention the damage. We had it repaired and installer paid for repair. We also noticed an area where the gutter guard and roof were actually lifting. Installer said they would repair in the spring. After numerous calls and emails, installer came back and said they would flatten out from the heat of the summer. We contacted recently (again required numerous calls and emails), and installer said they hadn't done the gutter guard. This was ridiculous and they agreed to come out again to repair. Still no change which means they either aren't coming or aren't repairing. Took a picture today which is available for anyone who may need it, We are hopeful that this is not leaking but we have no real way of knowing.Desired Settlement: Come and fix error from a year ago as it should have been done.
