Regarding too your email I personally didn't recieve a call from ***, I'm not saying he didn't call but I was unaware of it the issues he may have will be corrected in the spring timeAs far as the bow in the porch wall the weight of the concrete pushed the forms out a little that cannot be

Regarding the points listed; 1. If it is jagged, I will replace. If it is straight, then it is to contract...

and I will not replace. 2. This was not in the contract and never discussed. There is a tree along side it and roots going underneath. 3. Business requested further clarification on request for sidewalk block to be ripped and replaced. 4. Business agreed this can be addressed. 5. Business has offered to provide a bag of topsoil and mulch to lift. Work was done below existing ground level.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Revdex.com spoke to customer and confirmed with Mike from business that the issue is scheduled to be addressed and resolved on Friday.
