Four Seasons installed a *** *** Furnace for Ms*** on 01/11/We removed her existing *** *** Furnace and replaced it with a brand new one There were several services calls made to Ms*** home due to the furnace shutting downOur Field Supervisor discovered that the
manufacture of the furnace changed the venting application for their units without providing notice to the DealersDue to the fact that Ms*** furnace was one of three in the building and located at the lowest point, her unit was starving for air; thus shutting down After our technician was able to reconfigure the venting, Four Seasons installed a brand new unit for Ms*** and provided her with two years of free maintenance on all three units in her building in lieu of the inconvenience We would like to thank Ms*** for her patience during the service provided and we look forward to a long lasting relationship for many years to comeThank you for your time and consideration in this matterFour Seasons considers this matter resolved

In April 2014, *** *** purchased a *** air conditioner with a year part and labor warrantyA year later, in June of Mrs*** called Four Seasons saying that the air conditioner was making noiseAt this time a Four Seasons technician installed a hard start kit on the compressor
to help with the noiseAfter re-testing the unit again, the technician removed the hard start kit and the condenser started with no issuesTo be on the safe side the technician set up for a tech return the next day to make sure the air conditioner was still working properlyThe next day a senior technician went over the air conditioner again and tested it multiple times and found everything working to manufacturer’s specificationsOn May 31st, 2016, Ms*** called Four Seasons saying that the air conditioner was making a shaking noise and she wanted to schedule a technician to look at itThat same day a Four Seasons technician went out to Ms***’s home and found that there was a noise coming from the compressor again and recommended installing another hard start kitThe technician also quoted the cost of the repair due to the lack of required maintenance performed on the air conditionerMs*** declined having any repairs done at this timeFour Seasons’ customer service spoke with Ms*** on June 7th and advised that we would be replacing her compressor at no charge however; the compressor was on back orderOnce we received the part from the manufacturer, we would be contact her to schedule the replacementMs*** was satisfied with this outcomeOn June 22nd Four Seasons received the compressor and contacted Ms*** to schedule a tech to return at no charge to install the compressor on June 23rdWhen the technician arrived, Ms*** did not want to sign off on the technician’s invoice allowing him to enter the homeAt this time she canceled the appointment and the technician left the home. Ms*** did not contact Four Seasons after this appointment; instead she filed a complaint with the Revdex.comOn September 29th, after Four Seasons leaving multiple voicemails, Ms*** returned our call and scheduled the appointment again for September 30thAt this time Ms***’s compressor has been replaced at no charge and Four Seasons is requesting that this be removed from our record due to the fact that it was already agreed upon between Four Seasons and the customer that the part would be replaced at no cost however; Four Seasons was not given the opportunity to do soAll recordings are available for your reviewThank you for your time and consideration in this matter

Four Seasons is in contact with both the manufacturer of the equipment, *** and Mr***A representative from *** is scheduled to meet Mr*** and a representative from Four Seasons on Wednesday, January 18th to go over any and all concerns in regards to the equipment functionality

Mr*** called Four Seasons and requested a service call because his air conditioner was making a noiseWhen our technician arrived on 08/25, he noted that the noise was not present at the time but that the customer may need a new
blower motor in the futureHe performed a tuon the air conditioner and added a pound of Freon due to a refrigerant leakThe invoice for services performed is attached for your review
Ten days later, the customer called Four Seasons because the unit was making the noise againFour Seasons dispatched a technician to the customer's home that diagnosed that the blower motor inside the furnace was making the noise and recommended to replace itThis service was provided at no cost to the customerPlease see the attached service invoice for your review
We spoke with the second technician that provided the service for customer and he doesn't recall telling the customer that they didn't need the tuon the air conditioner because the issue was with the blower motor inside the furnaceFour Seasons apologizes for any miscommunication that may have transpired but the tuthat was provided on the initial visit was for the air conditioner and includes a no breakdown guarantee; should there be an issue with the unit, Four Seasons will return at no cost to the customerSince that guarantee was honored and a service was performed, no refund would be rendered

Four Seasons apologizes in the delay for the refund transaction. It does appear that the transaction was fully completed in the amount of $251.50 on 03/21/18. The boiler at Mrs. [redacted] building is operating and providing heat. Four Seasons is currently in communication with Mrs. [redacted] to provide an amicable resolution to her satisfaction regarding her concerns. We are hoping to have this matter resolved within a timely manner. Thank you
