We spoke with [redacted] regarding his complaint on 4/30/15. We sent our supervisors out to the property on 5/04/15 to take pictures of the issues listed within this complaint.
After reviewing the pictures and meeting on site, we spoke to...

the customer on 5/04/15. We informed the customer that the gutters were installed with an overhang to accommodate the water that will run off the shingles that hang over the edge of the roof. This is the standard installation practice, however, we have agreed to cut down the gutters and make them flush to the fascia board per the customers request.
We have also agreed to relocate the two (2) downspouts to their original position to hide the discoloration on the aluminum siding which was a preexisting condition. This discoloration of the existing aluminum siding is not as a result of our installation but is as a result of the previous downspout installation.
Four Seasons contract is clear that we are not responsible for reinstallation of satellite dishes or satellite equipment, however, in an effort to provide outstanding customer service we did offer to reimburse the customer for charges incurred for having the satellite company come out to reinstall a new dish. The customer indicated that the current resident of the property changed over to a cable provider and that the dish may not be required to be reinstalled at the home afterall.
We will also be replacing the front porch roof supports per our contractual agreement.
We have been in contact with the customer as recently as 5/08/15 to let him know that, weather permitting, we will be sending crews out to his property the morning of 5/14/15 to begin completion of the above items. Four Seasons Home Services remains fully committed to our customers satisfaction.

We had very bad experiences in contracting for repair/remodeling work with previous companies, which really had us concerned and unsure if we would ever find a reputable contractor. After diligently looking at various firms and talking with contractors, I was left feeling even more unhappy. Two contractors actually came out to look at the job (finally, after I made several calls to their companies) and said we'd be hearing from them. When I didn't hear from them in a timely manner, I called their firms. I was told that they would be calling me back. I never got any return calls from the estimators about our jobs.

I continued looking - online - everyone gave themselves rave reviews, but I wanted a firm which had a good Better Business reputation.

I called Four Seasons Home Services and spoke with Jim [redacted] I was impressed with his expertise and professionalism. We told him what we wanted done and he was back promptly with a reasonable quote. We decided to hire Four Seasons to repair some existing siding and for concrete work involving 2 sidewalks and a stairway from our kitchen to our backyard. We had the 2 jobs done in stages - the concrete work was done first. I was SO IMPRESSED with the concrete work, I couldn't believe it. I mean, what's in a sidewalk, right? Well, both my husband and I were most impressed with the professional and speedy job that was done for us by two very hard working, friendly tradesmen. The following week we had our siding repair completed. The siding supplies arrived on time as well as the workmen. They proceeded to do a VERY GOOD job as well. We were VERY HAPPY with the results.

I had security doors installed and the workers were courteous and the doors were installed perfect.I would recommend Four Seasons to get the job done right.

I want to commend Four Seasons Home Services for a major project that was well done. I had a sewer line that was collapsed in several places, and not worth replacing just sections. Nick, the plumbing supervisor suggested to reroute with a new line. I agreed as this would save a lot of work and provide a new up to code line that would solve all the problems I had been having. They would also remove my old flood control pit, and installed a free flow check valve. The entire project took 3 days and the heat index every day was upper 90's. I was impressed by the way this team, Rob, Jose, and John, worked. Every morning they planned out what they would do and set a goal. The first day was just digging, but that came with delicate work and extreme caution around buried pipes, and they did just fine. The second day was installing the new line and doing tie-ins. I would be without a bathroom while they we tie-in. As it got into the afternoon the tie-in was not near completion. Nick stopped by to check the progress and pitched in working to complete the work so I would not be without a bathroom overnight.
This was a great crew who kept me informed as to what the plan was what they were doing, and why, and they worked their tails off in hot conditions. The village inspection went off without a problem. They respected my input, and I felt I was one of the team.
They worked safely and kept a clean work area. They respected most of my landscaping, but some that was in the way suffered, which was to be expected. My lawn took a beating because of the small back hoe and the mounds of dirt, also was to be expected. That was the price I was willing to pay to have my sewer problems gone!
I am very happy with their work, would use their services again and recommend them to others.

Had two windows replaced in my basement.
The work was done in a timely manner, and the work area was cleaned up. Can't beat the lifetime warranty either!!!
I will be using them again if more work is needed

Great company! Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, honest, and personable. Explains in detail what needs to be done in a manor you can understand.

Four seasons home services is a 5 star company. The service was prompt and very professional. Along with the friendly staff. They took the time to explain everything I needed done 1st and nothing was done without my approval. I am so very pleased with all the work and highly recommend them.

Today [redacted] completed a repair on my unit , he was very polite and knowledgeable explained the work needed and completed in a timely manner .

We have used [redacted] & [redacted] for over 15 years. They very dependable and honest with top self on time service. [redacted] is my go to guy for all home repairs. You will not be disappointed. ONE OF THE GOOD GUYS!

Had [redacted] out to my home for a ac service and overall health and condition of the HVAC system. My HVAC system is 12 years old. [redacted] did a very through inspection of my HVAC system. It became very clear [redacted] has been in the business a very long time. He was very efficient, professional and honest. He pointed out some issues which I knew about and gave me an honest evaluation. [redacted] stated my ac unit would hold up another summer. He went on to educate me on my current R-22 system and he new standard as well as the benefits. There was no hard pressure selling involved. [redacted] did find low charge in the system and corrected this. I want to be proactive in this summers heat so [redacted] is working me up a bid. Im very happy I chose four seasons and look forward to future business.

Wow!! Friendly, Honest & Fair.

Won't use anyone else now that I've discovered Four Seasons!!!
