noted "+$per night" next to the rate, the guest was under the impression that she was receiving a discount of $for selecting the higher room categoryGiven this misunderstanding, we have reimbursed her $in total to cover the $50/night more than the rate she initially reservedAfter the reimbursement she has now been charged the original rate reserved for the city view room that she booked initially Please let me know if there are any further questions or concerns regarding this complaint.
