All work was completed as promised. Stumps where ground out. She had contacted us earlier this year asking if we could back out and remove some root matter still in the ground. We told her not a problem. We explained we would be back out there later this year in the fall when...

other work was scheduled to be done. She agreed and said that was ok. Work has been completed as promised. [redacted] has no reason to be filing a complaint. All work has been done.  We expect a apology from her and this complaint removed from the record.

We certainly do not want to make anybody upset with their lawn or quality of service we provide for them. We cannot see or notice anything wrong with her lawn and the pictures attached will prove and show that.   Four Seasons is under contract with DNI Property Management Company to maintain...

and service the residents of Highland Village. Four Seasons has not received one email, phone call, letter, text, or has had a phone conversation regarding [redacted] in the physical year of 2016. Four Seasons management has not been in contact with [redacted] at [redacted] one time at any time in 2016.    DNI Properties does provide Four Seasons with a list of residents that require and request that certain services not be provided. DNI Properties has never provided Four Seasons Landscaping and Lawn Care Inc. with a list for lawns that will not be cut. Yes [redacted] at [redacted] is on the no Bush trim list for her front yard and for her backyard. There is no denying that and we have never touched her bushes. We have special instructions and notes with other accounts in her neighborhood that is true, but there are no special notes or instructions associated or attached to her address with our scope of work. There is no list for people that are requesting their grass not to be cut. At one time there was a sign in her yard asking us to stay off and not to cut the grass because of the grass seed that had been planted.  The pictures that I've provided show there are no signs in her yard, the area is not roped off, and there is nothing indicating that the grass should not be cut.   DNI Properties gave us strict instructions that there would be no special services for any residents of Highland Village and that all lawns and all common ground would be cut every week at the same height. We were also given strict instructions to follow the scope of work outlined in our contract with no exceptions. It would be very helpful if there was a no grass cutting list but at this time there is no list. We only know to skip a lawn if there's a sign or note in the yard, or special requests sent into the management company and that we've received.    We would ask [redacted] at [redacted] to please contact [redacted] at DNI Properties with any concerns issues or things that need to be addressed she is the property manager and in charge of the account.   Four seasons has gone by and taken a look at the lawn in question. There has been no damage that has occurred. There is nothing that shows or that would indicate a section of the lawn that would even need to be addressed or have sod installed. We ask that this complaint be dropped. There is no evidence showing what she is claiming. We would also ask that [redacted] at [redacted] please contact [redacted] at DNI Properties about any concerns she may have. We are in contract with DNI Properties. DNI Properties gives us a scope of work. That scope of work needs to be followed as we have been instructed. All concerns and issues need to be addressed with the property manager not with the Revdex.com. We do strive to satisfy everybody to the best capability that we can do. Sometimes something happens, but we will always go back to make sure it's rectified and taken care of as needed. As stated there is nothing that would indicate that any side work or any kind of turf work would need to be done at this period in time nor was there ever. It is simply a matter of preference of how someone likes their sidewalks edged, flat top, and cut. As stated earlier we are under strict guidelines and instructions to follow the scope of work. That is what we have done and will continue to do unless we receive instructions to do otherwise by DNI Properties.

I filed a complaint on 9/13/16, Complaint ID #[redacted].  I don't expect any response from you, but those pictures Four Seasons took...do you notice that they didn't even get out of the car?  Did you notice that you cannot see the edge of the garden where the grass meets it?  Pitiful.  This company is horrible and they continue to get away with not even knowing how to cut grass, bushes, or goodness knows what else.  I am disappointed yet not surprised this was their lame way of responding to my complaint.  They never even tried contacting me at all and I did not give them permission to take pictures of my house.[redacted]
