Please refrain yourself from buying anything from this storeI bought an outdoor firplace last March for about grands (shipping and installation included)They sent a less than knowledgeable contractor who said he is doing this for the first time and did a sloppy job of putting the stones together - there were streaks of mortar all over, the hearth was uneven, the capstone looks totally different than whats shown in the model Problem with outdoor fireplace is that it's hard for me to take it down since it's over 8'9" and will cost me a good amount of money even to tear it downWhen I asked them to fix it, the owner behaved totally ignorant of the incident and put me out of his priority listAs of today, 6/11, I am still trying to work with the shop to help me fix the fireplace (at least to look at little nice), but am almost losing hopeI'd advise you to please save your money and don't waste your time and money buying from them

These people are completerly incompetentI Called and spoke with [redacted] in reference to replacing a spa skirt on a LA SPAShe said she would look it up and call back in days , which would have been wedI never heard anything and decided to call back fri, she was offStill not hearing anything from her I called back the next wed, she wasnt working but I talked to someone that said, to talk to the owner ***I called ***, HE SAID TO SEND ME THE PICS AND INFO FOR WHAT I NEEDED AND HE WOULD BE SURE TO GET BACK WITH MEI called 3-times over a week period, NO RESPONSE BY PHONE OR EMAIL!!I finanlly get a hold of him and he says, "well I get a lot of emails so I dont remember"I explain my situation and he now, AFTER ABOUT A MONTH AND A HALF, HOURS OF TIME CALLING AND TALKING TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE (WITH NO ONE RETURNING CALLS OR EMAILS), TAKING, DOWNLOADING AND SENDING PICS, he tries to get off the phone and says, "THEY SHOULDNT HAVE SENT YOU TO ME", really you piece of ***, why didnt you tell me that to begin with? Ill tell you why, he was to [redacted] lazy to try and help me and didnt have a care in the world about noone calling me backVery poor customer service and uncaring attitude after he made the mistake and didnt do his jobI will repost this as many times as I can, everywhere I can

Four Seasons LKN took our order and full payment in August with a 4-week delivery promiseweeks later we were told the owner had never paid the outside dealer so our chairs had not shipped and the owner was OOT, but would call us upon his returnNow another weeks have passed, and no call from the owner and excuse after excuse as to why we still do not have our chairs or refundCompletely disappointing experience

I ordered a January 14, 2015. First delivery was the wrong tub. Second delivery came damaged on 5/26/15. Did not have all the stuff that was to be included as well as installation. Now June 1 and I am completing the installation and reordering some of the missing parts on my own. This has been the worst retail transaction of any type I have ever been involved in and I am 66 years old.

I would advise everyone to stay away...
