Four Seasons is still in contact with the customer and
the City of *** to correct and resolve all of the customer’s concernsWe are
currently at the customer’s home making all of the necessary repairs and look
forward to resolving this matter as quickly as possible to both ours and the customer’s
satisfaction

Four Seasons has spoken with Mrs*** in regards to her concerns and together we were able to resolve this issue to the customer's satisfactionThank you for your time and attention in this matter

Four Seasons has been in contact with the customer to address and resolve all of their concerns.

Four Seasons is currently in contact with the customer and the City of [redacted] to resolve and correct any concerns that Mr. [redacted] may have. We have also mailed Mr. [redacted] a check in the amount of $65.00 in lieu of the architect fee. He should be receiving that within the next 7-10 business...
