Mrs [redacted] contacted our office for a maintcontr She never mentioned the state that her pool was in She was asked the basic questions that we ask each and every one of our customers She never indicated that her pool was in worse condition than normal After our initial visit we informed Mrs [redacted] that due to the debris in her pool and the poor condition she would need additional services to get her pool at the level that the majority of our maint contracts are in She did not want to pay this and did not understand why we could not clean her pool for the maintcontrcost [redacted] attempts for a resolution with this customer came to no avail The final decision was to issue a credit back to the customer, minus the services already performed We were waiting for the customer to pay the last invoice so we could issue a full credit but never happened.I have attached a copy of each invoices The total is in the amount of $694.88, of which the customer has paid $ The maintcontract which the customer has paid was $ She is due a credit of $1, I will issue a check today for this amount
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had contacted Four Seasons inquiring about opening, weekly maintenance, and closing of my pool for the 2016 Summer Season. My initial call was answered by [redacted] (sales rep). At the begininng of this conversation I had tried to explain to [redacted] about the type of pool that I had and the opening maintenance procedures that it required. At this time I tried to inform [redacted] that the pool had to be completely drained and refilled at the begininng of each Summer Season. While I was trying to explain this [redacted] rudely interupted me by saying that all her company does is a "Green to Clean" opening process. I then tried to explain once more about my pool and what type of opening maintenance that this structure requires. It was very clear that [redacted] was not interested in listening to me as a customer. At this time I felt that perhaps this company had a better way of cleaning the existing water in my pool. I reluctantly accepted their pool opening procedure terms, and proceeded with scheduling a date to open my pool. The opening, weekly maintenance, and closing contract was signed, and I mailed them a check for the total amount for the entire season. Several days after my intial call with [redacted] the company sent out a maintenance crew to start opening my pool. The cover was removed, minimal chemicals added, and the filter started. Three more days had passed and the condition of the water in my pool showed no improvement. [redacted] then contacted me and explained that the pool would have to be drained for an additional $1200. At this time I told [redacted] that I did not wish to pay this additional cost since I had tried explain intiatlly that emptying and refilling the pool at the opening of the summer was needed. I have owned my pool for over 20 years and have never had to pay such an inflated cost for a required opening service. The additional $1200 was excessive. At this time [redacted] stated that I did not have another option. The call was then concluded. I have since discontinued services with Four Seasons and requested a full refund. My pool was then opened by another company. This other company had to completly clean out my filter lines to remove the debris from Four Seasons turning on my filter system before my pool was debris free. I have now incurred additional costs as a result of Four Seasons poor business practices. I will only accept an offer for a full refund from Four Seasons. Sincerely, [redacted]
