Review: The unit we purchased leaked causing the floor to rot out. The diagnosis of the leak by the repair men was a flawed design. The structure is built with drainage canals and weep holes for water drainage but the canals and weep holes clog easily with dirt and tree debris causing a build-up of water within the structure and results in a leak inside.

The repair men who came to fix the sun room came four separate times, the first time they repaired the damaged floor and dismantled the unit to fix the leak. It continued to leak and the repair men came two more times and caulking the sun room each time. The unit still continued to leak (puddles were noted on the floor after rain). It was on their 4th attempt to repair the leak that the repair men dissembled the unit further from the leak damage to clean the drainage canals and drill larger weep holes. This did indeed fix the leak, so we feel the leak was the design of the drainage canals and weep holes.

Also we made 2 phone calls, leaving messages to Four Seasons Sun Rooms to discuss the issue and neither calls were returned.Desired Settlement: The cost of all the work to fix the damage and repair the leak was $2650. We think that Four Seasons should feel obligated to stand by their product and contribute $1325 (50% of the cost of repair) to the cost we incurred to fix the leak.

Review: I decided not to go ahead with the purchase of said windows and called within three days to cancel order. The Four Seasons Solar products company owner [redacted] told me to fax the cancelation paper and he would refund the 800.00 deposit. We tried to fax but there fax number wasn't working so he instructed me to send an email picture of the cancelation notice and I did. This was on Feb.*, still within the three days of our contract. Since then I have made numerous phone calls about this issue and have only reach a recorded message.Desired Settlement: Return deposit as stated in contract.

Review: Defective glass pane under warranty. Failure to return phone calls. Failure to send either an authorized representative to replace pane or pane itself to be installed by a local company.Desired Settlement: Prompt replacement of defective glass pane.

I have not received a response from [redacted]. They tried to tell me that my product was subject to a different, less inclusive warranty than the one that I received at time of purchase. I have forwarded a copy of the original, dated warranty to the business. They have a responsibility to honor the warranty, as originally agreed upon by contract.

I did speak with [redacted] on Wednesday October ** and reviewed her compalint with her and the terms of the warranty that is applicable to her room. I acknowledged to [redacted] that we were delinquent in addressing her concerns. I made a proposal to her regarding the supply of the required which she accepted in our follow up conversation of Friday October **.

Review: Four Seasons salesman came to my home to do his demonstration on windows on June [redacted] 2013. We agreed on a price for the windows. I signed the contract and provided a deposit of $5,000.00 in a check. The following day June [redacted] 2013 I completed the "Red Carpet service Notice of Cancellation" and mailed it as certified mailed. They received the document on June **, 2013. It was received by [redacted] of Four Seasons. It is now July [redacted] and till this day I have not received my refund back. In their "Red Carpet service Notice of Cancellation" it states that "if you cancel, any property-traded in; any payments made by you under the contractor or sale; and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within then (10) business days following receipt by Four Seasons Solar Product, LLc of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be cancelled." Today makes it the 15 day and yet I have not received my deposit back. When I call Four Seasons all I get is that they are working on it. The last time I spoke to the salesman that came to my house for the presentation told me that by July [redacted] 2013, I was going to have a check. The mail came in today and there was no check.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my deposit back as soon as possible. They were supposed to have it available for me in ten business days. And we are up to 15 days as of today. Please Help me in this matter thank you.

Review: I purchase the widows on March *,2013 some of the windows have air coming in the home making it cold in the house also one window is loose and have the wrong screen, I contacted the company over 5 times they claimed someone would come and check out the problem. No one has come ever to check out the problem also they stated there would be no sun glare comming through these windows and when the sun shines it will blind you looks like these are not the windows they showed at my home before I paid them in full.Desired Settlement: Replace the windows that are not the ones they showed in my home and repair the windows with troble.

Review: TWO SALES PEOPLE SPENT 4 1/2 HOURS BROW BEATING ME I FINALLY GAVE IN AND GAVE A $3000 DEPOSIT AFTER I GOT A PROVISO IN THE CONTRACT THAT ALLOWED ME 10 DAYS TO CANCEL. I DECIDED TO CANCEL THE NEXT DAY AND EMAILED BOTH SALES REPS AND ALSO LEFT THEM VOICE MAIL MESSAGES I SENT THE OFFICIAL CANCELLATION FORM VIA CERTIFIED MAIL AND THE RECEIPT WAS RETURNED TRIED MANY TIMES TO RECEIVE MY REFUND BACK BUT TO DATE NEVER A RESPONSE OF ANY SORT CONTACT DATE WAS 6/**/13; CANCELLATION REQUEST 6/**/13 IT IS ALMOST A MONTH AND THEY ARE NON RESPONSIVEDesired Settlement: ALL I WANT ISMY $3000 DEPOSIT BACK TRANSACTION WAS CANCELLED WELL WITHIN THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT

Review: From the beginning this was a complete disaster The knocked a block out of my foundation, put in the patio door wrong. The sheet rock is cracking!The contract called for them to stain all the wood work which we paid someone else $5,000.00. A skylight broke because there was a nail touching it. The fascia board on the back of my house has rotted out because water is leaking into the attic, due to their lack of workmanship! When replaces my shingles they put them in backwards, and my roofer had to fix them! Too many issues to write. When brought to their attention they had an excuse for everything!Desired Settlement: I want the room taken down, my home put back the way it was, and I want the contract we signed that they claim they no longer have, how convenient!

The company has heard these complaints numerous times. They have an answer for everything, blame my house. Nothing is their fault. Representative of 4 Seasons came to my home and took no responsibility for the fact that the fascia of my roof line rotted out because of the way water is running down where they hacked my roof line. They provided no water drain off. The gutters protect the sunroom but do not interface w/the gutters for the house. The sunroom is a good foot behind the roof line and is not tied into my gutters. This water followed the roof and rotted out the ply-wood and fascia board! My roof was just replace 4 years before, the entire span was in great shape.

The sliding glass doors are missing the weather strips and the wood is rotting and molding!

The sheet rock is cracking!

My contract clearly states the wood in the room would be finished and stained, at the last minute they claimed they don't do that anymore. I paid $5,000.00 to have that finished.

A skylight smashed, we are not talking about a small skylight, someone could have been serious hurt if not killed!

When they replaced the shingles on my roof they placed them in backwards, it cost me $2,000.00 to have my roofer fix it! These people either put my home back the way it was or I

will see them in court.

Forgot about the block they knocked out of my foundation and then pretended they didn't do it ! After the skylight broke they showed up w/ a bottle of wine! GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!!

I have been have called [redacted] numerous times @ ext. [redacted] she does not return my phone calls, except when I'm not home. I have made numerous attempts to gain a copy of the contract we signed. According to [redacted] , who has only been there 1 year they no longer have the contract. The operator told me they were archived . In the computer age you can't come up w/ the contract? How do they know what they agreed to? Anything you can do to obtain this contract would be most helpful. Even if they have to e-mail it to me. Thank you, [redacted]
