Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I have been have called [redacted] numerous times @ ext [redacted] she does not return my phone calls, except when I'm not homeI have made numerous attempts to gain a copy of the contract we signedAccording to [redacted] , who has only been there year they no longer have the contractThe operator told me they were archived In the computer age you can't come up w/ the contract? How do they know what they agreed to? Anything you can do to obtain this contract would be most helpfulEven if they have to e-mail it to meThank you, [redacted] *

Four Seasons received signed contract dated and additional required docs from customer along with 20% deposit for projectIn order to facilitate customer needs for financing projects, Four Seasons does offer financing optionsHowever, it is the responsibility of the homeowner to secure financing as lenders work directly with the borrower to process request for lendingOnce customer three day right to cancel had expired, Four Seasons began the process of procuring permit through NYC municipalityIn doing so, Four Seasons had incurred significant cost for site specific engineering and permit expeditingDuring this time customer loan had expired.Due to the extended time it can take to procure permits in NYC specifically, customer financing can expireOnce expired, the customer must reapply for lendingIn most cases the customer is reapproved for lending and we proceed with the projectIn cases were the customer is not reapproved for lending, the customer is responsible for securing an alternative means for financing the project or the customer may choose to cancel the projectNumerous attempts to contact the customer via email and phone dating back to April **, regarding status of financing however, customer was unresponsiveBased on the terms of the contract, Four Seasons is entitled to a 15% cancellation fee however, Four Seasons has agreed to lower the cancellation fee to 5% in good faith, in order to cover cost incurred ONLY for above mentioned expensesIf the customer chooses to cancel project, refund will be returned to lender [redacted] from whom the original deposit was received**Please speak to [redacted] directly regarding terms of loan regarding project cancellation.**Please note, it is not in the interest of Four Seasons to have customer projects cancelFour Seasons maintains a healthy business by completing customer projectsWe look to support customer needs in whatever way possible to move all projects along as we did in the [redacted] projectPlease do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions

The company has heard these complaints numerous timesThey have an answer for everything, blame my houseNothing is their faultRepresentative of Seasons came to my home and took no responsibility for the fact that the fascia of my roof line rotted out because of the way water is running down where they hacked my roof lineThey provided no water drain offThe gutters protect the sunroom but do not interface w/the gutters for the houseThe sunroom is a good foot behind the roof line and is not tied into my guttersThis water followed the roof and rotted out the ply-wood and fascia board! My roof was just replace years before, the entire span was in great shape
The sliding glass doors are missing the weather strips and the wood is rotting and molding!
The sheet rock is cracking!
My contract clearly states the wood in the room would be finished and stained, at the last minute they claimed they don't do that anymoreI paid $5,to have that finished
A skylight smashed, we are not talking about a small skylight, someone could have been serious hurt if not killed!
When they replaced the shingles on my roof they placed them in backwards, it cost me $2,to have my roofer fix it! These people either put my home back the way it was or I
will see them in court
Forgot about the block they knocked out of my foundation and then pretended they didn't do it ! After the skylight broke they showed up w/ a bottle of wine! GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!!

Four Seasons has contacted *** *** the order for his 1/screens has been placed. A service call for the draft he is experiencing has been set up for Tuesday 4-*-any and all of his issues regarding installation will be addressed under his warrnaty
