Operations Manager is obnoxiousTalked me out of the french doors I wantedThen when the handle fell off the door he called stating " a person will be out there tomorrow to fix it" I arranged my schedule since (yes I WORK) to meet this time frameThe next morning due to a their customer cancellating their appointment I received a phone call they would be here at 9:AM, I told him that would not work because I am workingWhen I called *** instead of him giving me the courtesy to explain what happens he over talk to me in a very disrespectful way this is happened in the past several timesI am the customer I paid them they work for me since I am the paying customerHe has no sense of social skills he over talks to you is rude and will not would not let me explain to him what took place the day that my handle should've been fixed now once again we have to reschedule, Inconvenience are working schedule to accommodate their workers who can come out and fix the handleThis is not the way you do business, a customer should be treated with respect and the fact that they may actually be full-time employed owning their own business as I do should work on the customers schedule not theirs I am very disappointed and no longer want to deal with themOverall experience with Four Seasons has been a stressor I don't need, would not recommend to anyone!

Engineering flaw and failure to correct flaw under warrantyThe Four Seasons all year sunroom we had installed on our home has a rain gutter that won't drain because it is not pitched toward the downspout. We were told that it cannot be fixed because zero pitch is due to the design of the room. A rain gutter that won't drain is completley usless and is actually harmful to the structure. We have a couple of inches of standing water in the gutter at all times and that provides a breeding ground for mosquitoes.The installing contractor told us to "live with it" and refused to address the problem saying it can't be fixed because it is the 4 Seasons design. In addition to the lack of pitch, the gutter sags at a seam. All in all, a real shoddy job on a very basic system.Desired SettlementThe installation of a rain gutter that is properly pitched as required and actually drains into the downspout.

Called 7 times in 5 days after being asked to stop calling. On Oct 26, we told this company that we would not be doing business with them. They repeatedly contacted us since then. After 5 days, the person on the phone indicated that the person that originally violated our request had been fired. She proceeded to continue to try to sell us even though we had already said no and asked them not to call us.I simply want them to stop calling my wife.Desired SettlementStop calling us.Business Response The customer was removed from our database at their initial request, after receiving their details from a third party lead supplier. Occasionally the database takes some time to update and process, but we can assure the customer their name is no longer in our calling lists.
