for her flt from maa-del and was advised to go to domestic and by the time she reached there she was too late and airline wont accept herAfter she came back she wrote to air india , and even I requested on her behalf but they refused

[Your Answer Here]In response to what Four Seasons Travel has stated, I reiterate that the tickets that Four Seasons Travel issued to us stated that we were to depart for our flight from the international terminal of the airport in Chennai. We consulted with another travel agent who saw the e-ticket information, and she said she would have also understood the departure to be from the international terminal. She said that it is very common that a domestic traveler might take an incoming international flight from one city and take that international flight to another domestic city. In other words, the international flight commonly may go from one city in a country to another and drop off and pick up passengers along the way. We have the e-ticket documentation we showed this other travel agent and we can fax it to someone at the Revdex.com. Please let us know your fax #. We are not satisfied with the response from Four Seasons Travel, and we insist on full refunds for the tickets we purchased.

Review: I purchased 3 tickets from this business based in NY for [redacted] flight from Chennai to New Delhi. The tickets and itinerary said to go to the international terminal at Chennai. The above business issued the itinerary and tickets. When we reached the international terminal, we were told to go to the domestic terminal. We rushed to the domestic terminal, only to miss the flight. We had to purchase new tickets on [redacted] and had to pay a lot more to load our baggage onto this flight. We contacted Mr. Paul K[redacted], who issued the tickets at Four Seasons Travel, and he refused a refund, and said we had to ask [redacted] for the refund. [redacted] also refused the refund. Another travel agent we have worked with also told us that the travel agency that issued the original tickets - Four Seasons/Mr. Paul K[redacted] - should refund us because he issued the original tickets and itinerary stating that we had to go to the international terminal. We have contacted Mr. K[redacted] several times, and he has not responded. I have done business with him for many years.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund for the original tickets and to be compensated for the new tickets we had to purchase because we missed our original flight. I am elderly, and my son is mentally disabled, and it was a great hardship to run back and forth between the two airports/terminals. It was a great physical hardship due to my age and our luggage, and it was an unexpected financial hardship. It is especially bad that after giving Mr. K[redacted] so much business, he doesn't return our calls or email.
