We unfortunately did business with [redacted] while she used the business name [redacted] to [redacted] LLC and signed a contract which we later canceled after doing researchWe canceled the contract under the 5-day cancellation period provided by Missouri law Section which she verbally agreed to honorAfter three separate promises to refund payment, she has notShe has made outrageous statements about not being bound by the Missouri law and now refuses to return my callsThe majority of the time, her voicemail mailbox is fullWe will proceed to file suit which seems to be the only way to get through to her

I do not recommend Four Seasons Travel, LLC for anything Went through the timeshare relief process, it took more than a year, we were lead to believe it would be a matter of months After that process was over, Four Seasons is not returning phone calls We gave them a down payment on a vacation plan, and months later, we have nothing Next step will be a complaint with Revdex.com After that, don't know what to do???

STAY AWAY FROM TIMESHARES!! We had to pay money to Four Seasons Travel LLC to get rid of a timeshare in Vegas....maintenance fees are what timeshares thrive on so of course each year the fees increase more and more and more Thinking that we would vacation and have wonderful places to go but NO, we had very limited dates!
Four Seasons called my wife's cell phone offering a luncheon with "information" given about lowering fees, and even used the word INVESTMENT info Got to the restaurant and found out the truththey offered to trade our timeshare for theirs with reduced fees, more available dates to travel, etc OR they would buy our timeshare Their document shows SALES PRICE and you think that you might get a small % of your money back but we ended up PAYING THEM for such things as lawyer, title (deed) transfer, transfer to another company that buys/sells timeshares and other fees I just pray that the $3,(+/-) we had to pay by check on the spot(they would not accept a credit card?) will end this misery of timeshares

She has made outrageous statements about not being bound by the Missouri law and now refuses to return my calls. The majority of the time, her voicemail mailbox is full. We will proceed to file suit which seems to be the only way to get through to her.
