I too had a negative experience with this company and the ownerLast October I had his employees landscape my yard: Rake it, lay new topsoil and plant grass seedUpon completion of the job he requested cashI told him I didn't have cash and had to write a checkHe became very upset and rude with me and swore he told me he told me before hand he wanted cash and he didn'tI told him if I knew I would of had itHe followed me to the bank and I gave him half cash and a check for the balanceHe said the $didn't include tax and I had to add $for the tax since I wrote a check
This year when I came back to the lake after the winter this year I noticed the grass was patchy and one big section had hardly any grass at allI called *** to tell him politely that there were a lot of places the grass didn't grow (maybe due to too much straw laid or not enough seed)He immediately became defensive and said he did what he was supposed to do and it was not his problemI should go out and throw some more grass seed and after he leaves it is not his problemI politely stated I see you don't stand behind your work and service and ended the conversationMy neighbor had his grass seeded by another company last year and his grass came in nicelyI really don't understand rudeness to anyone at anytimeAnd it appears he is more interested in cheating the government and taxes and not interested in satisfied customersGod help him!
After hiring Four Seasons for tree removal and landscaping I was very disappointed in not only the job but the non professional manner in which it was done I found it unusual that he asked for payment in cash, but we agreed to payHe told us he would come back to fill in holes in the lawn where his equipment set and remove the sections of tree still on the neighbors lawn, he didn't do either of those After several attempts to request the job be completed as per our agreement, *** finally took my call He was very rude and began screaming about wanting more money I finally gave up and decided it would be better to have someone else finish his job
