[redacted] came into my business looking forward to a new hair color, she had black hair and it was to our understanding due to a picture that she showed one of the employees that she wanted pink light hair, since the beginning it was explained to her that, that color of hair could not be achieved since her hair was dark black and could not be processed to a light pink, we told her that the process would take that and that she would have to come back many more times until we can reach the color she ultimately wanted, she agreed so we started the process in her hair at about 11:am and we finished at about 7:50, she never said anything about her not liking anythingWhen the process was done and she had dark pink due to the fact that in order go make the hair lighter we have to go little by little and she would had to come back she refused to pay the priced agreed before the process was startedThe price was dollars and she only wanted to pay a dollars, we refused to take her offer because it was explained to her the process of the hair and we had already spent a lot of time and products on herShe became very aggressive when we refused to take the dollars and we refused to open the door for her to leave since she hadn't pay for the actual price; she decided to call two of her guy friends and we did not open the door for them because we were women in the salon amd we never know anyone's intention so we did it for our own protection, she instantly became very aggressive towards all my employees, she began to push some of me to try to open the door and she was also insulting all of us, so we decided to call the police because we felt aggravated and after they came they made her pay and she left, and thats why to my understanding we should not give the money backWe have cameras with the recording of her behavior and how everything actually happen

The price was 175 dollars and she only wanted to pay a 100 dollars, we refused to take her offer because it was explained to her the process of the hair and we had already spent a lot of time and products on her.
