Review: On 6/17/15, I paid half down of $615.00 for installation of a countertop in kitchen. [redacted] said he could install on July 8,9,10 2015. I called him on July 3,6,7,8 2015 to find out what day he was going to do the install, so I could get the sink removed prior. He never returned any calls. I still haven't heard from him. I used 3 days vacation to get this project done based on his promise. As of 7/23/15 the promised countertop is not installed and he won't return any calls. His voicemail is full on both lines he has listed. [redacted] required half down in order to start which I paid and check is cashed.Desired Settlement: I would like my down payment of $615.00 refunded.
