I took my daughter's Pacifica to Four Star Muffler after having it at a different repair shop and being leary of their assessment of the car After telling Tom of my earlier experience at the other repair shop, the guys at Four Star Muffler went that extra mile and put a team of guys on the job and got it done in record time! I was able to pick up the car the same day! These guys are awesome and this is where we will take the car in the future for any repairs Thanks guys for the AWESOME customer service!
Our last 2 visits to this company have been very negative. The owner is very rude. Yesterday my husband called to schedule a brake repair but was told there wasnt enough time to get it done before he got out of work at 2 so he scheduled the appointment for today and dropped off the truck at 5 am. At 1:00( an hour before my husband got out if work they were just putting it in the hoist. He told him that it wouldntbe dine until 6. My husband told him that he left it early so they coukd fix it before 2 and he didnt want to wait. The owner then proceeded to call him a jerk and said he was glad they hadnt worked on his truck. My experience with a muffler repair wasnt much better as the owner was rude then too
