In the greatest heat of the Summer when everyone seemed to have AC trouble, of course, I came in from work to find 90+degrees in my upstairs and our regular AC company just couldn't seem to return our call. BUT the first time I called Four Star I talked to a real person who assured me some one would come out that day even possibly as late as 7 pm. It was the best experience ever with AC service. They sent someone courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He had us getting cooler within the hour at a very reasonable cost! Thanks Four Star!

I have had this company perform services before which I was pleased with service man and installation of hot water heater.
BUT TODAY'S SERVICE CALL WAS DEPLORABLE ... TO CHARGE $120.00 PLUS 75.OO SERVICE CALL TO REPLACE A CARTRIDGE IN OUR MOEN SINK HANDLE WAS OUTRAGIOUS WHEN MOEN SUPPLIED US THE PART.
I DEFINITELY WILL NOT REFER OR CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!

searching this Revdex.com site recommendations assisted me in finding service people and thought I would pass on my recommendation -

I had not used a plumber in our area of Little River SC before and on the recommendation of a neighbor, who had his house repiped recently, called Four Star. The pipe under my kitchen floor burst and the water rose through the grout. The pipe was under the tile floor and sunk in concrete. I received 4 bids from separate plumbers - all recommended disconnecting the 1st floor pipes and running pex piping connecting to existing pipe on 2nd floor. (replumbing with pex)

Based on the knowledge of plumbing and repiping exhibited by Four Star, and the fair price quote, I hired them. They are professionals, respectful.. Expert plumbers who took on and expertly completed a complex job. The lead team member was knowledgeable in configuring the new system. They were accommodating and made a stressful week and a half less stressful.

also, The drywall expert who redid the cutout areas restored my walls to original condition...you cannot locate/see the areas.

We are extremely impressed with the team from Four Star Plumbing, based on our experience , I highly recommended Four Star and definitely would use their services again.
