Review: I purchased a hair dryer and hair straightener as a Christmas gift. Went into store to exchange items after Christmas. Was told that the items were final sale. Meanwhile I was never told that when purchasing, it is not indicated on receipt. Receipt states " No refunds! Exchange for store credit w/receipt only. " This is unfair to the customer, they do not honor their policy. They will not even work with the customer. I would just like to exchange products. This is a small neighborhood business and that's the thanks you get for shopping locally.Desired Settlement: exchange straightener for a ceramic one and hair dryer that works
