Scheduled an appointment with them and was provided a time frame of 0330 to 0530 for the technician to arrive. At 0445 I found a call on a cell phone (that I was not carrying with me) that since I did not reply to the first call the service technician made to me, my appointment was rescheduled. My daughter was home all day and I arrived at the house at 0300 to await the technician. He never arrived at my home and just canceled my appointment because I did not return a phone call in the proper amount of time. I was never told of this "company policy" when the appointment was made. Asked/demanded that his supervisor call me to discuss this. Was told the supervisor was in a business meeting and I never heard from anyone in the company. Will NEVER use them again.
