Review: I brought my ring in 9/*/14 (ticket#[redacted], paid $65.17) to have a broken prong fixed. My first issue was that no one called to tell me my item was ready to be picked up. My second issue was when I received my ring the foundation was bent, and the stone was loose. Neither of these was an issue prior to bringing in the ring for service. I brought my ring back in (ticket#[redacted]) and explained the issues to the woman running the booth. She acknowledged the stone was loose but would not admit to their services damaging the ring. Again I was never contacted when my ring was ready, if I hadn't called who knows how long it would've set there. When I attempted to pick up my ring, althought the stone was fixed the foudation was still bent. I explained the issue and my disatisfaction with their service. THey kept the ring to try and fix the bend in the foundation. The final time I picked up my ring, it was clear that they attempted to correct the damage they created, but it wasn't fixed back to normal. At this time I requested the [redacted] call me to discusss the incident. I was told the [redacted] usually comes in on Mondays and I was welcomed to come in and speak with her. I explained that was not feasible and I would like the [redacted] to contact me. Throughout this entire ordeal, I have yet to receive as little as a call from the [redacted] to apologize or attempt rectify the situation. TO say I am displeased is an understatement.Desired Settlement: I would like to see my money returned for the bad service and even worse professionalism.
