According to our research when the customer came to claim their vehicle
from the tow facility they had several shopping bags with them (Nike), plus
several more in their vehicle. As per the many signs on and in the [redacted]s
property, the parking lot is ONLY to be used for customers dining at the
property and is NOT parking for the Tanger Outlet shops. Once you've finished dining your vehicle needs to be removed from the property so that others may park there to eat at [redacted]s.
In regard to the customer now claiming damage to their
vehicle they never came back into the office to claim any damage, even after
they walked around their vehicle before driving away.

Review: I was at [redacted] at 2 pm with my wife she left at 2.30 she had to run to pick up my kids from school (30 minutes away ) and drop them home she came back ( iwas doing shopping meanwhile ) and said she didn`t eat we went to [redacted] again and grabbed a bite the moment we walked out NO CAR !!

when I called th towing company and explained we were not here for more than 30 minutes at a time with both times we at the return ( have credit card statements to prove it )

he said we have the picture to prove you were there at 2 pm

I said I WAS do you have anything to prove that I was parked in DIFFERENT SPOT at 3 pm ? 330 pm or even 4 pm ? the answer I don`t have to show you ST ..I ASKED TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD and they said they take cash only ..I asked ho do I get the pictures to prove I was there more than 1 hour he said his boss the only one that has it and it takes 3 weeks to get ..REALLY >??

a guy was in parking lot taking pictures ..towing car parked right there all the time

these are nothing but scam artist ,,, I own company in service and telecom I never have seen this in my life

on top of that BIG scratch on number and they said they`re not responsible for that

I`m contacting my attorney 1st thing tomorrow i`m not sure how these people are even licensed

or law abiding company and they need to be stopped

PLEASE HELP [redacted]Desired Settlement: refund of the $247 and fixing my scratched pumber
