Review: I am contacting you with a complaint about [redacted], an independent realtor (Foust Realty and Development Corporation). I have a home for sale listed with [redacted] Realty. In December we were contacted by [redacted], whose clients put an offer on our home. They set the closing date for December 15th 2014. On the date of closing no one from the client side showed up. We were then asked to wait until the following Monday. On Monday we were told we would close on Friday. On Friday we were told we would have to wait until after the holidays were over, we would definitely close on January 3rd. We were given a sob story about the family who has six children living in a motel until the closure, we asked for proof of financing and were assured by [redacted] that the money was guaranteed, and therefore we allowed the prospective buyers to move into our home on January 1st. We put in place an early occupancy agreement that stated that if the clients did not purchase the home by the end of February they would vacate the premises and pay for any repairs needed to the home due to their occupancy. January 3rd came and went, from that time until now it has been one lame excuse after another, always promising the closure will happen within a few days, never realizing that goal. Now, 5 months into this fiasco she is still blowing us off, refusing to carbon copy us on emails about the status of the loan, acting completely unprofessional, and still adding excuse after excuse as to why they cannot close and will not vacate our property. May is approaching and I feel like we are steadily loosing out on the spring market to sell our home. No matter how many emails I send to her, [redacted] remains uncooperative and unhelpful. This woman should not be allowed to retain her Realtor License or to do business. It is people like her that caused the housing collapse, with her shifty deals and empty lies. She is the least professional person I have ever had the displeasure to deal with!Desired Settlement: I feel like [redacted] should have her Realtor license revoked as she is not an honest agent.
