I was told my car needed alignment by a service person at a low cost tire location because I had just gotten 4 new tires and was told they were starting to wear even though they had only been on a month. I called A Arrow Alignment and was told the cost would be $100 for the alignment for all 4 tires. This morning I took my car in for the appointment and was told by [redacted] the General Manager that only the right rear was a little off so the cost would only be $40. He said everything else was fine. I was so impressed with his honesty. I fully expected to pay the $100 and would not have questioned that price. He asked me if the car had been pulling to the left or right , and I told him it hadn't. He also asked who told me I needed an alignment which I told him. I would definitely recommend this business.
I have lived in Vegas Since I was 5 years old (1956) and have always taken my business to recommend businesses through family or good trustworthy friends. I've never been more satisfied with an automotive repair / service company in all my 45 years of owning a vehicle. A Arrow Alignment went above and beyond to make sure my truck was right and that I as a customer was happy while making my truck right when others said my alignment couldn't be done due to blah blah. Refreshing to find a company with old fashioned values in a hi-tech fast paced world.
