The contractor is ignoring the fact that I originally overpaid him by $6477.93. I had to pay for the flooring ($allowance per contract) and kitchen ($allowance per contract) out of my pocket when it was part of contract. That also doesn't include the money I paid for all the bathroom materials that were also part of the contract
