Review: Fowler supplies washers and dryers to [redacted] and [redacted], the buildings are 22 stories and each floor contains 2-3 washers and 2 dryers. Dryer #4 on the 19th floor of [redacted] is constantly overheating and shutting off, not drying clothes properly. I have complained to the maintenance department of the premise which are condominiums for more than six months; they have forwarded the complaints to Fowler, who have chosen to do nothing. At this point, not only is it costing me money to constantly pay for additional dryers, it's time consuming, frustrating and a fire hazard. This dryer needs to be replaced before it causes a fire and damages additional apartments and property on the 19th floor of this condominium.Desired Settlement: The dryer needs to be replaced ASAP.

Review: I previously purchased a laundry card at a building I was living in at [redacted], NJ that was issued by The Fowler Companies and I moved out of the building and was told by someone at Fowler that if I wanted a refund for the balance remaining on my laundry card I could mail my card to them and get a refund back.

I emailed Fowler, called called Fowler and left several messages regarding the laundry card I had previously purchased. In Jan 2014 I spoke to someone on the phone and was told by someone at Fowler that if I wanted a refund for the balance remaining on my laundry card I could mail my card back to them with a letter indicating so and I could get my refund back. I mailed the laundry card #[redacted] back to them requesting a refund on Jan 2nd and they never responded to me.

On 3/12/15 I called Fowler and was told over the phone that Fowler did not provide refunds. I told them this is not what I was previously told on the phone. My card had a balance of $17.00 and I should be entitled to receive my refund. I mailed the card back to their headquarters as they had requested.

I would like a refund of my $17.00 sent to me immediately!Desired Settlement: $17.00 check mailed to my address: [redacted]
