Per owner [redacted] , job was completed, they cut down the tree and put the tree curbside in the front yard for easy pick up due to the tree being cut down in logs, customer did not want the tree logs in the front yard so they moved them to the back of the house, business states they cut the logs down even further than because the customer requested this be done and business did it for no charge, business says now the customer want the business to remove the logs from the backyard free of charge, the owner did state that there will be a charge for removal of the logs because the job was completed over two months ago

Ok, to start I was never rude with *** ***. There is now more confusion than there was from the start. There is no Fee for putting the logs in the back yardThe fee is to come back and remove themThe job went as followsOn 04/15/*** *** had us to her home to remove a dead ash tree in her front yard, we had all the logs street side ready to load on our trailer with our machine when she asked us if we could take them into the back yard and cut them up into logsSo we did, we cut them into approximately inch firewood lengths, it was a good hour extra we were there to accomplish this, free of chargeShe thanked us and told us we did a good jobI spoke with *** *** about the matter in early June and was unable to resolve the situation. The Revdex.com complaint followed and reached me on 06/25/The issue she is having with our service is that we did not split the logs into firewoodI would have never told her we were going to do this since we do not own a log splitter nor do we offer that serviceThere was obviously a misunderstanding when it came to cutting the logs upShe keeps using the term "log them down" and I remember hearing that the day of. I thought and still do think of that as referring to cutting them into log lengths in-witch we did. I depend on my customers satisfaction, for my employees well being and my own and we appreciate every job we get, but I can only do so much. Unfortunately being a small business I can not afford to do free workExtra labor was already put in to get the logs into the back yard and cut them up to satisfy the customers needs It will cost 250+tax to come back and remove the logsI hope this helps clear things up a bit.
