They made a subsequent visit to my home, to check on a gas leak on my new stove that they installed
As Larson's employee was leaving my home, he got his van stuck when he tried to back off the elevated side of my driveway to turn around (as opposed to backing out of the driveway as I had asked him to do) He repeatedly attempted to drive back up onto the driveway (with a tow truck eventually having to be called to pull him out) tearing up the side of my driveway which now needs to be repaired
I received a repair estimate for my driveway (from the same company that built the driveway) totaling $
I currently owe Larson $302, so I am asking then to net that amount against the $driveway repair expense
Larson's employee caused the damage to my driveway, after ignoring my direction to stay on the driveway (therefore this is their responsibility)
