Fowler Street Grill

I have been a patron of Fowler Street Grill for many years and have had some order issues in the past but nothing majorWhat I want to discuss is my last visit and manger and waitress experienceThey charged my credit card additional funds without my consent and tried to tell me it was the banks faultThe manager was very snippy and rude instead of attempting the correct the mistakeI called the bank and they laughed at me saying they have never heard of such a thing and that it was informationWhen I called the manarger back she again got really snippy and rude with meInstead of her asking me to bring my reciept and bank staement she was extremely rude and unprofessional.This place is commiting credit card fraud and I believe they over charge cards all the time and people arent checking their statements.The reciept they gave me had the correct amount on it but what was charged was different.They are going back into the card machines and changing the amountsI use those machines for my business and know how they workThis was not a case of the waitress not getting a tip, her tip was left on the tableThis is bad business and is also illegalWe eat out at restaurants often and never has my card been charged an additional amountI think it is ubsurd that the owner is allowing their emplyess to have such bad business practices and unprofessional interactions with its customersI will no linger eat at this establishmentJust a note to the owner and its employessA happy customer will tell people while an unhappy customer will tell
