As the GM of the store I have made several attempts to make contact with the customerOn Wednesday I left two messages on his voicemail and one at an answering machine which I believe was his mothers houseOn Thursday I left another
message after two phone callsI have unfortunatly not been able to contact the customerHe has however called and spoke with my office biller at least two timesAfter their last conversation she asked him to call me as wellShe said he saounded very grateful on the phone and thanked her repeatedly for her helpWhat everything boils down to is that we are waiting on a warranty form to be sighned and UPS'ed back to usWhen this is done everything will be completedWe always want to make customers happy and are terrible sorry he feels this way towards our dealershipI trust he will find our service usually shines in comparison and have the opertunity to be his dealer of choice in the future

Fowler VW instructed me to file a dispute with the credit bureaus, which I did. Equifax refused the dispute and stated I needed to contact Fowler VW. I relayed this to the GM and am waiting for a response.
