I returned the meat they sold me because they lied and said it was grass fed, and it was not. I should have known better. The guy who came to pick it up was visibly drunk. They cashed my check despite my having returned the meat. They will not answer my calls. They then tried to sell to my neighbor, citing me as one of their best customers. Scam artists. They better hope I don't see them in my neighborhood again!

After purchase, consumption of one of the products that was very a very unpleasant experience. Researched the company to find that it is not a registered business, does not have a Wake Co. retail permit, or is registered with the NC Dept. of Agr. Placed a stop payment on check and contact Mr. [redacted] that we would like to return his products via a voice msg. A string of txt msg began. (I can provide a copy) I informed him of my dissatisfaction and that I was excising my rights under Federal Trade Commission 16 CRF Part 429. I offered to pay him $80 for the one package of chicken and for his gas to come pickup the remainder of his products. He refused and started to threaten to take me to court.Desired SettlementTermination of threats to sue.He returns my check.He can pickup his products. I will pay for the one bag of chicken tenders consumed ($30 as compared to a competitive high quality product: Omaha Steaks 3LBS Chicken Tender.

Was sold a poor quality product door to door and notified within 2 days I wanted my money back but stopped communicating. Seller came to my house on 6/20/16 to sell meat. Purchased and tried product the next day and realized it was not good quality meat. Called to dispute but was told no returns. I sent a registered letter on 6/22/16 to the address seller gave to officially notify seller I wanted my money back. I also saw on the FTC website that this transaction would fall under the FTC Cooling Off Rule and I followed the directions given within the appropriate timeline. Seller is [redacted] who lists himself as the owner. His phone number is [redacted]. Desired SettlementI am looking for my money back.
