I am writing in response to the second letter from Ms***No where in our rules has it ever said we charge $per nightNever!We charge $per night for up to two people and $per day per person forall over two people over yrs oldThis price is for space onlyThey have their ownRVI do not know any place you can stay for $per night with your own RV.Much less furnish you a furnished RV.We could not rent the RV to someone else because Ms [redacted] had possession of it.The floor was down before she got thereThe water was disconnected outside toprevent problemsIt may have taken minutes to connect it & turn on the faucet.Site was not supposed to get the key until she paid for month rent ($600.00) plus a$ldepositI guess the manager felt sorry for herWe do not rent the RV bytile week & definitely not by the dayWe have a big sign in our office window thatSllYS NO REFUNDS.I 11m enclosing a copy of the agreement she signed & it say$ NO REFUNDS.I 11m also enclosing a copy of our rules.She came out and looked at every thing before she gave any money or signed the agreement

I received your letter concerning Ms *** on Friday Sep18, 2015.I know nothing about her being blind or hearing impaired or her home burning.For this I am sorryI am very hard of hearing myself; I can certainly sympathize with that.Ms*** paid a deposit of $200,on Sept27,She had
possession of the RV onthe 27th, 28th, 29th, 30ith, 31" anq part of the "In rental property, that is considered sixdaysWe did not have to return anY of the depositShe skipped out on paying any rentwhile she had possession of the RVIf she wants to pay for a weeks rent, we will refundthe rest of her depositWe furnished electric, sewer & water while she was thereShekept us from renting it to someone else.We mainly rent spaces for people to park their RV's onWe charge $per monthor $per weekWe charged her $per month because we were furnishing thelot, the RV & it was furnishedWe do not rent the RV by the weekIf she wants to payfor one weeks rent, whichwould be $then she owes us $50.00.Ms *** complained to you about the RV being too small, the lots being too smallSheadmitted that she had gone out & looked at everything before she made the deposit.What is her problem? It is not going to grow overnight!!Our RV Park was designed by an engineer & approved by the City of FtWorth.We had the engineer to make our spaces larger than requiredThere are lots ofRV Parksthat have much smaller spaces than ours.She screamed & yelled & cussed at the manager and threatened usMaybe she feels better now!

Again, I do not agree with the ***. My piece of paper is different from what they show. I will locate my paper that I was given. It specifically shows $10/day. On the letter of Rules and Regulations that I have shows $a month and I can understand that it is for those who owns their RV. My biggest complaint is it shows $a day for people per RV and $for any additional persons from ages and up. The manager told me and my friend $a day since I didn't physically stay there. But when he called Mr* *** he said $a day. I accepted to pay $a day until Mr*** said No, $a day. That is when my friend got upset and started yelling. I could not physically stay there on the 27th cause they were putting a new floor down. Had my friend help me move some of my stuff in on the 29th after the floor was finished. Found out on the 29th that the water did not come, informed the manager. Again, I could not physically stay there cause the water did not come on. I got the key from the manager on the 29th, not the 27th. No where does it say, deposit not refundable. I, again, agree to the $a day. I feel I should have gotten $back, not $100. It was Saturday evening when I had things moved in, and early Tuesday when I had it moved back out
