We received our items via freight after we escalated the issue through multiple channels, including Revdex.comAs Fox and Ginn notes, we were satisfied with the services we received through each local affiliate (packing, loading, unloading) but there were numerous communication issues in betweenBased on our experience we would never recommend [redacted] for long distance moves that requires coordination across the [redacted] networkIf this issue with coordination across [redacted] is not uncommon during peak seasons, I think we could have been warned about it ahead of timeThis would have saved us a lot of grief and helped us plan ahead, and make an informed decision in choosing a mover in the first place

Respectfully replying to this complaint... This customers shipment was an *** *** *** shipment, and Fox and Ginn Movers is one of many agents for *** *** *** Their shipment was loaded and originated in Missouri, being delivered to Maine.Our role was to begin or register
the shipment, the rest of the logistics are handled by *** central scheduling department, so as an agent, we don't have direct control over the shipment's movement at all times.During peak season ( summer) sometimes trucks and schedules experience delays, as hard as we try to avoid this, it can happen, but its rare ALL customers are important to us, so we continued to lobby for the customer and do all we could to pushthings along We notified and kept the customer informed of what the status was as often as we could Ultimately,the shipment was delivered days lateThe customer was offered compensation in the form of an *** delay claim Fox and Ginn received their shipment on 8/andcompleted the delivery on the same day It's important to us that people know we responded as quickly as we possibly could, the moment we had the shipment in our possesionThe delivery went well, our crew was well received and the customer was very happy in the end.We'd like the customer and other people viewing this post to know that Fox and Ginn and *** *** *** values all customer very much It's rare, but sometimes deliveries do not go as planned and we do all we can to remedy as quickly as possible.Sincerely, *** ** ***PresidentFox and Ginn Movers and WarehousingBangor, ME www.foxginn.com
