Horrible service
Made appt through my warranty at Lowe's. They left a message on my phone that I thought was just a reminder but apparently it was a message to say I have to confirm that appt. I called them the day they were to come out as soon as I realized it. The secretary was rude. She just said they didn't take my paperwork with them so they wouldn't come out. She said they don't send people to my city without the confirmation. They are only 20 minutes away from my address. She did not say sorry. She did not even attempt to solve the problem. Her saying, "Let me see what I can do for you" would have went a long way. I was very calm the whole conversation. After she didn't offer to help me further, I told her calmly that I would be calling someone else for the repair. She said, "OK" in a very snotty voice. I can't rate them on the service as she didn't even try to make another appointment. This is unacceptable, especially for a business where they are there to serve customers.
