I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]I really don't think it matters whether or not there was a warranty or not, and regardless how long it was for, the motor is completely destroyed when it should have been a motor in good condition with only 112,miles, which is 50,less than the mileage on my original motorThirty days is honestly not enough time for anything in the consumer worldFor something like a cellphone or a computer, that is something likely to fail within daysA vehicle motor is not a first-run product however, so it's expected to last a lot more than days before anything breaks downRegardless of the actual warranty or not, the simple fact that it just died tells you the quality of the product to begin with. The motor was likely inspected and tested once just to make sure everything ran well, and then it sat for who knows how many months before ending up in my hands, something which I should have not done at all after being told only a direct cash deposit would be acceptedWhat kind of business doesn't accept credit card/electronic payment? Sketchy, dishonest businesses I was willingly sold a bad motor with the understanding that it was in good condition with new parts installed, which was absolutely not trueNot only was it just as corroded as the original motor, but like I said in the original complaint, parts from MY original motor had to be used because some parts were just not usable at all.I have never been screwed over this badly before, and I'm not going to accept a nothing solutionYou guys messed up plain and simple, and now you have to fix itDon't pretend like this sort of thing never happensIf the Revdex.com can't help solve this, I will pursue legal matters and seek much more than $1, Regards,

Customer purchased a used engine on 9-2-14. Customer signed invoice which clearly stated that the part had a 30 day...
warranty. On 1-12-15 customer sends an email stating the part had went bad which was over 3 months past the warranty date that the customer was well aware of. Had the customer informed us that there was a problem within the warranty period we gladly would have handled it. However that is the entire point of a warranty on a used part. The original invoice and all correspondence between us and the customer pertaining to this matter is available if needed. Thank you [redacted] Fox Auto Salvage
