I paid for the pay per view Fury vs Wilder fight and did not get access. I sent them proof of my purchase and they would not refund my money.
Friday Feb. 22 2020 I purcased the Fury vs Wilder Pay per view fight through the Fox Sports app. I did not receive access to the fight through the app or any other access. I was on a support chat with them for an hour. They could not see my payment connected to my ID to give me access to the fight. I sent them proof of purchase from an email I received showing payment to them. I also saw the charge hit my bank account. I submitted a claim but they said it probably would not get refunded. Had to go to another department for approval. I never got the service and I never got my money back.

My complaint is this get rid of the Wendy Williams show. I am beyond disgusted that she would make fun of an actor who was born with a cleft lip. My gorgeous middle daughter was born with a cleft lip this is so offensive to me and to so many other people when this birth defect is common. I am beyond offended and I'm going to start a grassroots campaign to get rid of her. Her apology was too long overdue and was not enough you have a fended many people and I am sick to my stomach over this and so are a lot of other people. I hope her ratings tank over this but I'm going to do my best to lodge a major campaign against her

I never heard of this company..checking my bank acct observed 1.00 charge.. after reviewing Revdex.com complaints I decided instead of wasting time attempting to contact this alleged company I would file this complaint.

I was fraudulently charged $1.00 to my debit card in which I never authorized and I have no idea how they got my information.

I keep getting seeing a reoccurring charge for Fox Digital Services on my credit card and I have no idea what it's for!
I have no idea what this company is and don't believe I signed up for anything from them, yet I'm getting a reoccurring charge from them each month! I have no idea how to cancel this. I've been trying to find a website for this company and all that comes up is Fox Broadcasting stuff. I'm going to have to try to go through my credit card company to see if I can stop this charge.

I purchased the pbc ppv fight on the app and the app was a failure. It kept kicking me out of the app to the beginning.
I bought the spence ppv fight through the app because at the time it was not available through spectrum. The app would load and kick me out I tried 3-4 times and would not load long enough to cast to the tv. It was an embarrassment to my company at the house. I was trying everything possible to get this fight on for my family and friends to watch. my friends kept searching my spectrum tv and finally found it so I purchased it again but this time on my cable network because the app I downloaded through foxsports and bought the first fight for was a scam. totally failure on the app. I need my money back on the app purchase. I still bought the fight if your worried about a ppv sale which you can confirm through spectrum but this app purchase was a scam and app issue. I need my refund back.

My Discover card is being charged monthly for Fox Digital Services. I never signed up for this or if I did it was a mistake. Please remove charges.

So on 09/28/2019 I had checked on my Apple TV to see how much the Porter vs Spence fight was going to cost, needless to say it was pretty expensive. So at that point I decided to get on my mobile device and see what bars near me where showing the fight, at the that same moment my son comes running in the man cave and steps right on the remote purchasing the fight. I immediately started looking for a number to contact Fox Sports to see if we could this resolved, of course they don't have a way of being contacted besides this jank online chat. After waiting for a rep for about 20 mins but prior to the main event, I chatted with a rep who said this would be taken care of as she escalated this up to her manager. I then asked for confirmation because I wanted to have this as back-up had something go wrong. She tells me I can email the chat to myself by saving the transcript, which I did but when I received the email it was all gibberish but I played it cool because she ensured me this would be taken care of. Fast Forward to Tuesday 10/01/19, I reach out to Fox Sports to confirm the refund has been processed where I am informed not only was the refund not processed but they have no way of referring to previous conversations, this instantly got me fuming as I knew this process was going to get ugly, as it did. They then tell me I have to take this up with Apple Support because the purchase was made through an IOS but they cannot assist me in providing the transcript. Now I have two issues here, one being the fact the employee told me this would be resolved even after telling her I made the purchase through an Apple TV, two the fact that a business such as Fox Sports doesn't have a phone number or an efficient accurate way of retaining customer communication. In short my refund hasn't happened due to misinformation and lack of records.

I suscribed to this service as a gift to my husband. They advertised they had a specific content it was of our interest. As soon as I saw the content they advertised was not in the actual app (i have screen shots of them saying they would have it) I tried to cancel the subscription. By then the trial period had expired and I've been trying to reach someone to cancel the yearly plan and reimburse me for the months I won't use. Investors tried through the contact page they have, in social media Facebook and Twitter around 14 times and nobody replies. It is more than a month now. I just want to unsubscribe and be reimbursed. The service they said they had was the champions league and the Europa league. It is still advertised through Apple App Store although they won't have it.
