The Seller would know upfront based on his invoice what was or wasn’t completed and if something wasmissed at that time he could have brought it to the marina’s attentionThe Seller was only invoiced forthe repairs that were actually completed.Prior to completing the Buyers final inspection and sea trial on this vessel, the Buyer had a long listof issues and was no longer willing to pay his original offerHis issues ranged from boat handlingconcerns to the cleanliness of the boat both inside and outside.Fox Chapel Marine is only the broker whose job is to bring the Buyer and Seller together through variousadvertising methodsUltimately, the owner of the boat (Seller) has the final say on the sale price andwhether the deal goes through or notIf the deal doesn’t go according to the way either the Seller orBuyer likes, whether it’s the sale price or any other reason, either party can always back out at any time. The Seller is never forced to finalize a deal if they are unsatisfied in any way.Under these cIrcumstances, Fox Chapel does not feel there is any refund owed to the Seller of the boat

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.Mr*** has made no attempt to resolve this matterIn fact, I believe I talked to him in length about this issue and he has refused to listen to me about my complaint and I offered to resolve this matter with a lump sum payment to get this problem behind meI have talked to the corporate office also and they also were rude and uncompliantI believe it is in the best judgement to make this go away and for them to admit it is the fault of their Montgomery office staff to lead me down the wrong pathThey constantly allowed me to believe that all was good and I had no out of pocketIf I had known this then why would I have gone to all this trouble! If we cannot come to some reasonable understanding then I will continue to tell all my friends and associates to avoid this company and spread the word through social mediaI have been and continue to be lied to by this company

In response to our customer’s complaint, we submit the following information to clarify the interaction between our customer and NovaCare Rehabilitation. The patient came to our facility for Physical Therapy. As we explain to all of our patients, we verify their insurance benefits as a courtesy to...

them, but they are ultimately responsible for understanding their own benefits. Our customer’s insurance benefits were verified and the information was discussed with the patient aft er his first therapy session. He was also informed that the billing process takes time and that he would not see a bill until the insurance fully processes the claim. Once the patient began receiving bills, he felt as though he was not fully responsible for the cost of rendered services as required by his insurance plan and stipulated in his plan. The patient has a high deductible plan and chose his benefits with the understanding of the costs and benefits as the y apply to healthcare services. Our patient was rendered physical therapy services in good faith and the patient himself stated that the therapy he received was of quality care. Unfortunately, he was not satisfied with the out of pocket expenses that he is responsible for and therefore requested a discount.By the terms of our contract with his provider, we have to honor our contractual obligations without deduction. It is always our intention to ensure that our patients have an excellent experience while receiving treatment in one of our facilities. Our hope is that each one receives the outcomes they deserve in a reasonable period of time. When this does not happen, and our cust omers leave our care without being satisfied, it impacts our mission. In this case, our company feels that the patient was educated regarding his insurance, treated with respect and dignity, and rendered quality care in an effort to resolve his musculoskeletal condition.Respectfully,[redacted]Market ManagerNovaCare Rehabilitation[redacted]
