Hi Revdex.com, This customer has already disputed the charge with the credit card company and already received a refundThe mat was measured and it is the thickness that was advertisedOur return policy is the customer is responsible for all return shipping and shipping chargesThat was clearly displayed on our website and also explained to the customerCustomer wanted to return mat and simply did not want to pay the return shippingSo customer refuses to return the mat and has already taken his money back on his credit card with a chargeback so he basically stole the mat from us and refuses to return itHe is making statements and already at this time has a refundWe have disputed the chargeback/ refund with the credit card company to obtain the $backHe had every opportunity to return the mat and refuses to do soAlso this new supposed defect is a new item and is just now coming up and was not part of the original return we would have fixed any defect in the mat right away with a new mat but this is new and added on after the fact because customer does not want to pay to have the mat returnedSo that is new to us and made upAt this point the customer is long past the allowable return date of this item and we are disputing the chargeback to get he $back for usThis customer has hung up on us every-time contact has tried to be madeHe has continually changed his story since he wanted to return the mat to all involvedWe will not be working with this customer on any thing new or this issue any longer and will be trying to have the chargeback reversed with the credit card companyI have attached our return policy and a copy of his order

the carpet was not of the same thickness like the web site stated in its specs, all so the carpet was defected on top it had a lite discoloration line going all the way down the carpet I did get in contact with the company , they told me to send it back after taking it to the post office
to send it back I found that it was at my own expense so I call back and told them and they refuse to send me a payed label, so I wind up stuck with a defected carpet that I payed for

Our return policy is the customer is responsible for all return shipping and shipping charges. That was clearly displayed on our website and also explained to the customer. Customer wanted to return mat and simply did not want to pay the return shipping. So customer refuses to return the mat and has already taken his money back on his credit card with a chargeback so he basically stole the mat from us and refuses to return it. He is making false statements and already at this time has a refund. We have disputed the chargeback/ refund with the credit card company to obtain the $125.00 back. He had every opportunity to return the mat and refuses to do so.
