My wife and I interviewed several advertised construction companies to extend our patio and add a pergolaFox Construction was our last interview, and in our opinion, the best fit for our project Tim Fox took the time during his appraisal to sit down with us and draw out our ideasHe made us comfortable, made suggestions, and then summarized our final planUpon completion of the project we were amazed at the beauty and craftsmanship of our new pergolaFox Construction built our dream patio and kept us under budgetWe couldn’t be happier!!! Our highest recommendation for Fox Construction is that we will work with them again on other projects in our house

He said he had his own crews to work on out home , then said he’s gonna do it himself, Sheetrock kids from Mississippi and he met at the barber shopElectrical work not correctKeeps blowing fuses and no pigtails etchis work on doors and trim and baseboards is so bad it’s embarrassing when other contractors are looking at itIt all has to be removed outThrow away beadboardsAll had to be replaced , different style trim around doorsWrong trim to begin withScared me the way he talked with meI gave text to show this and many other remarksDefective materials all thru the houseNo water proof board in showerAll had to be ripped outA big bannister he built his wayI asked twice and he gets smart mouthDidn’t show up a lotFound out I’m not the only oneBad reputationWe believe this to be a criminal case and will seek legal recourse! Review: Fox contracting was hired to frame a house in Chestnut Ridge. [redacted] was under a time restraint on the job. After 2 days of working still fail to have the floor system down for the first floor. He was advised that he was not going to fall underneath of the time restraints. He began to get belligerent and violent. He was fired from the job site and told not to return. Later that evening I came back out to the job site to file a complaint with the police do too him removing my tools from the job site. When I arrivedI found [redacted] Fox a fox construction on my job site destroying my wall panels andmaking the job site unsafe staging it for failure by the CCM. [redacted] return my tools by throwing them on the ground out of his truck. Then he began to call me multiple times threatening me. He came out the next day threatening the CCM and the salespeople on the job. The police were called on him and he was told not to return to the job site. On Monday which was over the weekend because the first time was Friday that he showed on the site disgruntled.he showed up on site again threatening and ranting and raving and the police were called again on him again he was told to leave the site and not to come back. Wednesday morning I pull up to continue on the job he was contracted to do. Again he was found on the job site he had destroyed the floor system and chased me around the subdivision in his vehicle. I contacted the police while it was all going on and he was arrested 4 criminal mischief. I do not believe that this guy has any right to own or run a business. I am alarmedfor my and my family's well being. I just need for everybody to be aware of what type of guy who this is. Please post this to your site as he is a threat to any and all customersDesired Settlement: I would really like for him to stop contacting me and threatening me. I am a business man and a family man. I do not need the headaches are hassles this guy is providing
