transferable lifetime warranty from previous owner not honored or allowed to transfer to us the new buyter
We purchased duplex that came with transferable lifetime warranty previous owner did with fox foundation repair LLC at 3006 wheelock st, dallas tx XXXXX. XXX-XXX-XXXX. I called today to asked how to transfer warranty to us the new owners and was told fox foundation repair was purchased in 2013 (all names, emails, addresses were same as contract from previous owner) and new owners did not buy liability of fox foundation and therefore nothing will be warrantied!
fox foundation should allow the life time warranty transfer FOC and come out for inspection.

On or about February 21, 2014, Advanced Foundation Repair, LP acquired the assets of Fox Family Services, Inc. DBA Fox Foundation Repair, LLC, including the name of the company was purchased.
Advanced Foundation Repair, LP did not assume responsibility for Fox's warranty obligations on jobs performed prior to the sale.
The Agreement for Sale of Certain Assets is a private document but if requested parts that address this matter can be disclosed.
I hope this clears up the business transaction that transpired.

We have been unable to transfer our warranty to new owners
Fox Foundation repaired our foundation at 1008 Nottingham Dr. in Carrollton in 2012. We recently sold this home and gave the new owners the information about the repair and about the Lifetime Warranty provided by Fox Foundation. As per the contract, this warranty can be transferred to new owners. The new owners informed us that Fox Foundation is not responding to their request to transfer this warranty. I have tried to contact Fox Foundation multiple times. I was told they would research the file and a manager would contact me. This has not happened.
We would like the Lifetime warranty transferred to the new owners of 1008 Nottingham Dr., Carrollton. A transferable, Lifetime Warranty was a part of the contract.

My name is Ben Marshall, and I am the manager that Mrs. Roye was told would contact her. I was out of the office several weeks in June due to a family emergency, and was unable to reach out to her. I have since called her and the new home owners, and we are visiting their home to evaluate the foundation. I would like to apologize for the delay, and thank both Mrs. Roye and the new home owners for being so gracious.
