My experience with F** & Fin was negative. The broker assigned to sell the business was dishonest as he continuously manipulated the financial data. He also took a great deal of time to provide any info and he was continuously caught with inconsistencies. During due diligence my accountant found that the #s initially provided by the broker were unethically manipulated. The broker clearly did not care about the seller's interest but rather about his own ones. Due to F** & Fin’s broker lack of professionalism I end up walking away despite the high interest I had in buying the company. The seller of the business was a really nice guy and I felt very bad for him, as he wasted all this time and did not sell his business due to the broker's poor performance. Based upon this company’s lack of professionalism, I do not recommend them to anyone either as a buyer, seller or advisor.
